It's a FUN-filled, FREE food, GAMES, BOUTIQUE, PRIZES day with friends competing for BEST-DRESSED BIKE award---Participate in our exercise stations and learn some exercises that can help with balance, coordination, and gait. Trainers & Staff Volunteers will be available to answer questions. It's FUN for all ages!! Arts, crafts, a photo booth, even face painting so bring along the kids too! All to benefit PEP4U's FREE GYM PROGRAMS FOR people who have PARKINSONS DISEASE.

Don't have a bike? That's ok. Anything with two wheels applies to join our parade. Come on, drag out those decorations and get started!! We've had regular bikes, bikes with lights, flags and streamers. Bikes with 4 wheels, bikes with 2, unicycles, even a childs pull toy decorated to the hilt. Be creative! Don't wait, you know you want to win! The PEP 4 U Trophy is up for grabs, will it be yours this year??
